Pre Order Policy

1. Pre-orders 

1.1 Pre-ordered products are in production or development. Your pre-order secures your unit prior to official release.
1.2 Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance and may change. You’ll be notified of significant delays.
1.3 Funds from pre-orders are applied toward production, testing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

2. Pre-Order Policy:

Pre-orders are special, advance-purchase products.

2.1 Shipment Delays

Pre-orders may have extended processing times. You are eligible for replacement/refund only if:
●    No update for 45 consecutive days, OR
●    Not delivered within 110 days of shipping

2.2 Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled only before they enter production or shipping.
A processing fee (up to 15%) may apply.
